Can you build for clients living abroad?
Yes. A large share of our clients build from the diaspora. Every project includes weekly photo and video milestone updates, so you always know exactly where your build stands without being on site.
How do you make sure the land is litigation-free?
Before a single block is laid, we verify the land title and secure the necessary permits. This protects your investment from the disputes and work stoppages that affect unverified land in Ghana.
How much does it cost to build?
It depends on the building type, size and finish level. Tell us about your project and we will prepare a detailed, no-obligation quotation in GHS, tailored to your site.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the size, scope and finish of the build. We agree a programme with you before work starts and report against it every week with photos and video, so you always know whether your build is on schedule.

Do you handle both design and construction?
Yes. Through our design-build service, one team carries your project from first sketch to final keys, removing the gaps and finger-pointing of separate design and construction contracts.
